{"id":1,"date":"2020-03-28T14:05:20","date_gmt":"2020-03-28T14:05:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/varga.cloud\/cookbook\/?p=1"},"modified":"2021-02-19T12:37:13","modified_gmt":"2021-02-19T11:37:13","slug":"butter-chicken","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/receft.varga.cloud\/index.php\/2020\/03\/28\/butter-chicken\/","title":{"rendered":"Butter Chicken"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3>Marinade<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>500 g chicken breast (diced)<\/li><li>2 tbsp ginger paste<\/li><li>2 tbsp garlic paste<\/li><li>chili powder<\/li><li>salt<\/li><li>oil<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3>Sauce<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>750 g tomatoes (diced)<\/li><li>1 large red onion (roughly cut)<\/li><li>1 tbsp ginger paste<\/li><li>2 tbsp garlic paste<\/li><li>75 g cashew nuts<\/li><li>1 tsp <a href=\"https:\/\/hu.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/G\u00f6r\u00f6gsz\u00e9na\">fenugreek<\/a><\/li><li>2 tbsp garam masala<\/li><li>5 tbsp caster sugar<\/li><li>chili<\/li><li>7 tbsp butter<\/li><li>4 tbps cream<\/li><li>3 tbsp malt vinegar<\/li><li>salt<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3>Garnish<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>yogurt or cream<\/li><li>fenugreek<\/li><li>fresh cilantro<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2>Preparation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Marinate the chicken in the mix of ginger paste, garlic paste, chili powder and salt for an hour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Heat some oil, fry the chicken. Remove the chicken from the pan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add a tablespoon of butter to the same pan, and let it melt. Add the onion, let it cook for a few minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add the tomatoes, the cashew nuts, the spices, the sugar, the vinegar and some water. Let it simmer for 25-30 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Using a blender make a fine puree from the sauce.
